Cooking and storage methods

Oven:
Cook from frozen. Preheat oven to 325ºF (165ºC). Remove bag and place roast in pan in a roasting pan. Brush the breast with oil to prevent it from drying out. Add water (1.5 inches) to pan. Cook for 90 to 120 minutes until the internal temperature reached 165ºF (74ºC). Cover with aluminium for the last 30 minutes to prevent it from burning. Let stand 10 minutes after cooking to ensure maximum yield during slicing.
